Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with an item from our website, please contact us and we will arrange for you to return the item in the same condition it was sent out. No refunds after 10 days of receipt of item.
Refund Policy
If we do not repair the doll to OUR satisfaction we will refund the repair fee. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable. No refunds after 10 days of receipt of item.
Layaway Policy
We will hold the item for up to 2 months in Layaway until full payment has been received. If full payment has not been received at this time the item will be resold and payments will be refunded. We ask that you pay half now and we will contact you to set up further payment options. Checks are accepted for final payment but item(s) will not be shipped until check has cleared the bank (About 5 days depending on the bank). If the Layaway is cancelled, we will refund the amount to you less 10% cancellation fee.
The Layaway code can be entered during the checkout process.
Accepting checks for payment
We accept payment by check for Voice Repair work only. Please send payment along with doll(s) for repair. Before shipping your doll(s), please email joy@joyndolls.com for shipping address and payee information.
